This area of the system allows the Club Manager to generate the code for a timetable widget that can be embedded into their club’s front-end website, allowing anybody to be able to see a live timetable that adjusts as the system is adjusted. To create a widget the CM should do the following: 

• Go to Widgets on the left menu
• Select the blue + button and a pop up form will appear
• Enter a title
• The code will be generated if left blank
• Select the club locations that the widget will show
• Select the service categories that will show (as tabs on the schedule e.g. classes)
• Select whether or not you would like people to be able to see the availability of an appointment i.e. how many spaces are available (Enabled/Disabled)
• Select whether you would like people to be able to select the trainer and see a pop up with more details (Enabled/Disabled)
• Select whether you would like people to be able to select a service name and see a pop up with more details (Enabled/Disabled)
• Disabled (this is used more when editing if you would no longer like a widget to be active)
• Select Create 

In order for the CM to have this widget on their website they just need to copy the generated code in the pop up window and paste it into the correct area of their website’s HTML code.
