In order to run a report the Club Manager should do the following:
- Go to Reports in the left-hand menu – you will land on the reports tab of this section
- Select the blue + button in the top right corner of the screen
- When the pop up appears, select the report you would like to run
- Select which format you would like to generate i.e. CSV, JSON or XLS (Please note: XLS will always take significantly longer to download than the other two formats)
There is a tab called Transactions in the report area. The Club Manager can view all Monetary transactions for the entire club (filtered by location) on this page. You also have the ability to add a Document ID to each transaction giving you the ability to track any external documents/receipts associated with that transaction. To do this the Club Manager should select EDIT on the side of the transaction they would like to change and update the pop up form.
Once Users select GENERATE the request will be made to create the report. Users will see the system is generating the report as shown below.
Reports are generated on the Utility Server on Fisikal which means that Users can continue to use the system and come back to view the report when they want. Reports are always stored in the system for Users to go back to at any time so they can see what the system looked like at a specific date in the past.
Once the report has been generated Users will see the "generating" icon is no longer displayed and they can see the icon change to show Users can download the report. The report will download from their browser and will show in the "DOWNLOADS" folder on their computer.
To open the report, Users should select to the report they want to open and the application they want to view this in (in this example Excel has been selected).
It is recommended that Users select the square button next to row 1 and column A to SELECT ALL DATA and then apply a filter (shown in SORT & FILTER) so that a filter is applied to the columns to make it easy for Users to filter the data as required.
