OVERVIEW
There are many options in the SETTINGS for a specific club. At this point everything should be set up for the Administrator to operate the Software. However please see the following summary of the Settings that can be configured.
PROFILE
Users can configure in their own personal details in the Software.

Users are able to configure the Software for their personal use to include the following:
- Schedule Settings
- Calendar subscribe
- Configure my Schedule preferences
- Client site Settings
- Configure if my Schedule is published
- Configure if Clients can see my packages

Users can configure and customise how the Software operates for the entire Club to include the following:

Users can configure the global Payment Settings for the Software to include the following:
- Payment Settings
- Book and bill
- Tax amounts
- Restrict to book message
- Payment methods options
Users are also able to configure Payment providers for individual Locations or for their entire platform. Payment provider options include:
- PayPal
- DPS
- PayChoice
- Stripe
- SmartPay

DISCOUNTS
Users can configure the Discounts types that they can apply to Products when they are using the software. Discounts are managed on a per User basis and not on a per Club basis. if Clubs want all their Users to be able to apply the same Discounts, they should configure this for each Users individually.

Users can create and manage Promotions for their Users in the software. A special code can be configured to include special packages or offers as required.

Groups are an important way to manage Students and Tutors and can link Users to Media, Bookings and Communications.

Users can create and manage physical Products which can be sold to Users. Users can also manage Product prices and manage stock in any associated Locations.

Users can create and manage tags in the Software. Tags are an important attribute when configuring the Software to deliver Media to Users through dedicated apps.
