This section allows the Education Administrator to control:
- which notifications that they receive personally and
- set which notifications all other user roles within the club receive and which they are permitted to edit themselves.
If the Education Administrator would prefer that users were not allowed to edit certain notifications then they can override these as club admin and these will be fixed.
The actions that prompt the notifications that can be configured (and who for) are as follows:
- Global – all notifications for Student/Tutor/Staff
- Student actions
- Join a group booking or waiting list – Student/Tutor
- Leave a group booking or waiting list – Student/Tutor
- Individual booking – Student/Tutor
- Cancel booking – Student/Tutor
- Request a booking – Student/Tutor
- Staff actions
- Send announcement/communication to – Student/Tutor/Staff
- Documents notifications – Student/Tutor/Staff
- Add client to a group booking or waiting list – student/Tutor
- Remove client from group booking or waiting list – Student/Tutor/Staff
- Cancel booking – Student/Tutor/Staff
- Individual booking – Student/Tutor/Staff
- Approve/decline requested booking – Student/Tutor/Staff
- Reschedule booking – Student/Tutor

- Birthday notifications – Student
- Send expenses reminders to – Tutor
