To cancel a session, roll over it on the Schedule and select CANCEL. A pop up will appear giving you the option to cancel just the one instance or multiple sessions if it recurs.
To cancel only the instance you have selected, just press Proceed. If you would like to cancel multiple then select the instances under the Future Instances section and select Proceed. To cancel ALL, select Apply to all (number) future instances and select Proceed.
Once selected, a box will appear to confirm that the administrator really wants to cancel the appointment.
Event reminders are automatically generated by the system at the timeframe you select within Settings > Club Preferences. This additional remind functionality is there if you want to send a custom reminder for this specific instance of a session immediately.
When rolling over an event on the Schedule you can select REMIND. This will automatically populate the message field with a custom reminder for this event.
CALL A REGISTER
You can see the specific list of attendees or those on a wait-list by selecting REGISTER. We will cover the class registration process in more detail later on the document.
STUDENT NON ATTENDANCE
If a Student does not attend a specific session, Users can mark them as Not Attended. This will then reflect in the DAILY SESSIONS Report and in the Student attendance status. Marking a Student as Not Attended will not refund any booking credit already deducted for their booking.
To mark a Student’s attendance Users should select Schedule and should select the booking they wish to change the status of a Student booking.
Users should select Clients & Status to show a new pop up outlining all the Students in the booking.
The Attendance column by default shows ATTENDED, if a user selects this button it will change to NOT ATTENDED.
Users can also refund any booking credits by selecting the CANCEL & REFUND button. If this is not selected, Students will lose a credit for this booking.
