Users can configure where their events / workouts should be held. They can do this in the Locations field.
The following screen shows 4 Locations which have been set up by the Education Organisation.
To ADD a new Location, Users should select the "+" button on the right side of the page. A form will load where Users should enter the Location name.
There are many other options on this form most of which do not relate to Education Organisations. Users may want to configure communication to appear as if they have come from a specific email address, or this can be marked as DISABLED as required.
Once all the sections have been filled in, Users should select CREATE.
If the Education Organisation no longer runs events / workshops at a specific Location, they should edit the Location and change its status to INACTIVE. Once this is updated the Location will be removed from the Schedule and from other forms for Users.
