This article goes through the options that Users have on Locations.
OVERVIEW
The Locations attribute is an essential area of the Software. It is not possible to create a Service without a Location. The Location field is used on the Schedule so that Users can view where bookings are taking place. Locations are also used in Notifications to inform Clients and Trainers where a booking will be delivered.
It is possible to have multiple Locations in one Club. Users can create Sub Locations within a specific Location so they can define specific areas within the Club where bookings will take place. For example the Location Chelsea may have the following Sub Locations:
- Spinning studio
- Mind & Body studio
- Functional Training zone
- Swimming pool
Correctly configuring Locations and Sub Locations within Services helps minimise scheduling errors.
