This article goes through the Subscription Information report. The Subscription Information report shows Users all bookings that have been made through a date range.
GENERATE REPORT
To generate a report, Users should go to the REPORTS section and select the "+" button. The GENERATE REPORT form will show and users should select the following:
CHOOSE WHICH REPORT YOU WANT TO GENERATE
Users should select Daily sessions.
CHOOSE WHICH FORMAT YOU WANT TO GENERATE
Users have the following options:
- .csv
- .json
- .xls (May take longer to generate)
SERVICE PACKAGES
Users have the following options:
- All Packages (this includes all Package status')
- Active Clients (this only shows Active Packages)
- Specific (Users can select individual or multiple Packages)
CLIENTS
Users have the following options:
- All Clients (this includes all Client status')
- Active Clients (this only shows Active Clients)
- Specific (Users can select individual or multiple Clients)
FAILED PAYMENTS ONLY
Users have the following options:
- Yes
- No
Once Users select GENERATE the request will be made to create the report. Users will see the system is generating the report as shown below.
Reports are generated on the Utility Server on Fisikal which means that Users can continue to use the system and come back to view the report when they want. Reports are always stored in the system for Users to go back to at any time so they can see what the system looked like at a specific date in the past.
Once the report has been generated Users will see the "generating" icon is no longer displayed and they can see the icon change to show Users can download the report. The report will download from their browser and will show in the "DOWNLOADS" folder on their computer.
To open the report, Users should select to the report they want to open and the application they want to view this in (in this example Excel has been selected).
It is recommended that Users select the square button next to row 1 and column A to SELECT ALL DATA and then apply a filter (shown in SORT & FILTER) so that a filter is applied to the columns to make it easy for Users to filter the data as required.
REPORT FIELDS
Users will see the following fields for this report:
CLIENT NAME
This field shows the name of the Client that the booking is made for.
CLIENT EMAIL
This field shows the email address associated to the Client.
CLIENT STATUS
This field shows the Status of the Client.
PACKAGE TITLE
This field shows the title of the Package.
PACKAGE ID
This field shows the Package ID.
SUBSCRIPTION ID
This field shows the Package ID.
SUBSCRIPTION STATUS
This can be:
- Cancelled
- Created
SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AT (PLANNED)
This is the date and time of the subscription renewal.
CSP ID
This field lists the particular Client Service Package ID
CSP ASSIGNED AT
This field shows when the Client Service Package was assigned.
TOTAL CREDITS
This field shows Total Credits assigned to the Package.
USED CREDITS
This field shows the number of Credits already used within a Package.
AMOUNT PAID
This field shows the amount taken by the system for this individual subscription transaction.
TOTAL AMOUNT
This field shows the total amount paid for this subscription.
FAILED AMOUNT
This field shows if there have been any failed payments and the failed amounts.
NUMBER OF FAILED PAYMENTS
This field shows the number of failed payments.
LAST BILLING ACTION DATE
This field shows the date and time of the last billing action.
EDIT REPORT
Users can select to EDIT a report by selecting the EDIT button (pencil icon). Users will see the form below:
Users can only change the STATUS of the report to INACTIVE which will remove it from the Reports Overview page. Users can always go back to view the report which has been marked as INACTIVE by filtering the Reports Overview page to show INACTIVE reports.
